*Monthly subscriptions are for the same teacher's classes and cannot be substituted or replaced with other classes in the studio beyond those agreed upon. In case of attending two or more classes with a monthly subscription, a discount on the respective packages will be applied in consultation with the teachers.

**To attend the courses, it is necessary to reserve a place with the teacher of the reference course. Please make sure that the class is available also in English.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask for your consistency in relation to bookings and timely notification (at least 24 hours in advance) in case of cancellation. For drop in bookings cancelled in less time than the start of the reference course, the applicable fees will be charged.

In the case of attendance with a monthly subscription: The responsibility of attending the agreed lessons is the sole responsibility of the students and there is no possibility of making up for cancellations. 

In case of cancellation of a lesson due to the teacher's fault, the lesson is either made up at an agreed time, or the package is extended after consultation.

 

The studio does not take responsibility in cases of cancellation due to illness, change of schedule, injury, etc. You are solely responsible for attending the courses you have booked and/or prepaid for.

 

It is preferred that payments are made by CASH.
