Contemporary dance technique + Improvisation Workshop

Saturday 22.06.24: 16.00-20.30

Sunday 23.06.24: 10.00-14.30

In this workshop we will work on:

-The nuances and technique of Falling and explore how this action informs and profoundly shapes movement. How it can transform our relation with space, time and emotions, bringing freedom and new rhythms to the body, opening our movement horizons.

-Improvisation scores, inspired also by Viewpoints technique and ball games as a process to achieve focused and energetic presence in performance and expand our tools for synthesis,

-Creating new logics/choreographies and sharing them with others.

The workshop draws inspiration from nature and also from contact improvisation, sport climbing

and body mind centering technique.

We will fall many times, but in the end we will stand up!

We will be very happy to have you with us in this movement journey.
