This workshop will inspire you by blending art and activism to reshape our conversations around gender in public spaces. Through the lens of statues and the power of performative art, we invite you to join us in reimagining gender narratives and fostering a more inclusive community.
What to expect: Engage with art and embodiment performance to explore and express gender narratives. Transform how we see gender in public spaces through creative action. Meet and collaborate with diverse individuals passionate about making art that speaks to equality.

Workshop will be facilitated by:
𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐍𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐤𝐨𝐮 Stella is a movement educator and dancer from Greece who holds a degree in Preschool Education by the University of Thessaloniki. Experienced in using performing arts for social inclusion and wellbeing, she has worked with diverse groups, including children, at-risk youth, disadvantaged young people and teachers. Recently relocated to Barcelona, she pursues a professional contemporary dance course while facilitating movement labs for kids and families and creating dance projects in public spaces. Collaborating with local initiatives and non-formal learning organizations in Europe, she advocates for dynamic learning, so let’s MOVE.
𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐚 Veronica, Italian but greek by adoption, holds a master's degree in Local and Global Development by the University of Bologna. She has been working in the International Cooperation and European programs field for the past 5 years. In the past few years, she has also worked with young people and facilitating projects and workshops focused on human rights, sustainable development and social inclusion. She has been using non-formal educational methods like embodiment, dance, arts and crafting while making the activities come true. She is a non-professional but passionate dancer. Creative and proactive, always a dancing step forward.
