A yoga practice on the mat is an allegory for our lives. The way we move, breathe and
perceive the "yes" and "no" of our bodies have something to say about us. The translation is personal - our own.
Our bodies, whether speaking softly or shouting, hold our thoughts, feelings, desires, fears and experiences.
As we give it space, time and breath it can speak more comfortably and if we listen to it, we will surely benefit.
Flow Yoga practices are primarily movement-based. We find rhythm guided by our breath - movement can sometimes be more
sometimes more gentle, sometimes more intense. We choose. And we explore that too: the how and why we choose.
Each class has a theme, whether it is purely physical , or whether it is a thought, a need, a feeling, an event.
You can choose whether to follow it or not. The flow of the course is methodical and based on the principles of
sequencing, so that the body is well prepared and all-around moving in the direction of each direction.
Respect for our boundaries, empathy, awareness and kindness are concepts that appear in every practice.
The course is intermediate level, however variations are given for more beginner and advanced students.
Thursday's class is a little more advanced.

Corina Cordali is a Yoga and Pilates teacher, with a degree in Early Childhood Education and Education from the University of Athens.
and in Positive Psychology at KEDIBIM-Panteion University.
Her contact with yoga began during her university studies and she soon realized
that this is the path she wants to follow in her life.
She completed the training program YTT250h of Ayama Yoga House under the guidance of Christos Harikiopoulos and
Katerina Spyropoulou in 2019. Since then she continues to invest in her personal and professional development,
participating in a variety of seminars and training programs on embodied practices, yoga,
emotional well-being and psychosomatic health. Her interest in anatomy and rehabilitation, as well as her desire to integrate all physical aspects into a healthy lifestyle led her to complete her 2024
Pilates Matwork and Props training at Base Training. Since 2019, she has been leading Hatha Flow, Vinyasa, and Gentle Yoga classes,
Power Yoga, Pranayama & Relaxation and Yoga Nidra, combining traditional practices with modern methods.
The character of her classes has been significantly shaped by the influences of two main teachers.
Marina Kutiwa, who has been her main teacher for many years and today a valuable collaborator, and her trainer-teacher,
Katerina Spyropoulou, whose flow sequencing continues to be a guide and source of inspiration. Also.
Gestalt Psychotherapy, a psychosomatic therapeutic approach that Korina has been following for years, has
influenced her practice significantly.
Continuing her journey into embodied practices, she is a member of the Embodhiment Collective which promotes creativity,
joy and collectivity, encourages active participation in co-creation and the sharing of positive practices,
promoting well-being and balance of body, soul and mind.
